At The Bay Horse, we can cater for all your wedding - party - christening - anniversary requirements... in fact, any type of party or business conference.

If you would prefer the intimacy of an enclosed environment, we have two Private Dining rooms that combined, can accommodate up to twenty-six persons.

If you prefer a more exclusive, intimate dinner, you can hire one of our two private dining room. From the planning stages you’ll be involved in choosing your own menu and drinks package, or you can choose to leave it all to us. Our Northgate Dining Room has a 20ft late Victorian dining table, which seats up to 14 guests for dinner and its own lounge area for pre-dinner drinks and post dinner coffee and aperitif. The Seagrave Dining Room that seats upto 12. You will also have your own dedicated waiting staff for the evening.

Spring 2009 saw the completion of the landscaping to the outside area, offering the opportunity for private outdoor events such as weddings, christenings, summer work barbeques or garden parties. We can arrange a marquee and furnishings and will cater to your exact requirements - we offer a fully bespoke service for each individual event.

If you prefer dinner in your own surroundings, but don’t want the hassle of cooking, let The Bay Horse cater for you. We can create a special menu for 2 or 200, with the same high standards of produce, preparation and presentation as you could expect in the restaurant. Choose your dishes from the vast menus or give us your ideas, we will work with you to ensure a successful and impressive dinner without you stepping foot in your kitchen - only you need to decide whether or not you tell your guests!
